This course is for anyone who wishes to develop and satisfy a curiosity of designing a free standing armature from scratch, taking you through the process of creating your very own Mystical Chair by learning how to sculpt, cover and embellish your creation, with the guidance of an experienced teacher. Two Day Workshop
This is a “Free Form” beaded cuff. You will learn a variety of stitches that can be used on any future beading projects. The workshop will take you through every step from design, color balancing and texturing techniques with the use of various beads. No previous beading experience is needed to join in the fun. Two Day Workshop
Viking knit is a very old technique of weaving/knitting fine wire into chain. You do NOT have to know how to knit to make this chain. Some experience working with wire is helpful but not necessary. You will learn how to finish the ends and attach a finding. Included in this class is beading a cabochon pendant with peyote stitching and beaded branch stitch. You will be totally amazed creating the Viking Knit Necklace. This technique has endless possibilities!

One or Two Day Workshop
In this class you will learn how to properly measure the doll head and design a unique and sometimes outrageous hat to compliment your doll costume. Major focus will be on hat pattern making, design, balancing the embellishments and learning the different styles that will compliment your doll. As a bonus you will learn how to make a hat stand. |
